By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Alabastro Connect is not liable for:

• Any stains, damage, or loss of carpets or upholstery during or after the cleaning process.
• Any delays, missed appointments, or other service-related issues caused by the cleaning provider.
• Any personal injury or property damage occurring during the cleaning service.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their carpet or upholstery, including material, condition, and any pre-existing damage. It is also the client's responsibility to ensure that the service provider has safe access to the location and carpets.

4. Service Provider Terms

All cleaning services are provided directly by our partnered providers. Any complaints, claims, or disputes regarding the cleaning services should be directed to the service provider. Alabastro Connect will facilitate communication but is not responsible for resolving disputes or compensating damages.

5. Booking and Payment

Bookings made through our platform are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider. Payments are handled according to the provider's policies. Alabastro Connect does not hold or process payments on behalf of service providers.

6. Changes to Terms

Alabastro Connect reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
